All Level

(Beginner to Moderate level)

This class is perfect for those of you who want to discover the method and the specific techniques used to target all the different muscle groups that are activated in Pilates. It is a full-body workout with or without accessories (weights, elastics, etc.) tailored for beginners, but can also appeal to more advanced students who want to work on improving their techniques.

Body Blast

(Moderate to Intermediate level)

Total body workout focusing on sculpting your arms, legs, core, glutes, upper and middle back using the Reformer, boxes and Pilates props. Expect to feel the burn in the muscles around your body, leaving you feeling strong and sexy!

Alignment & Posture

(Beginner to Moderate level)

This class is for conventional Pilates repertoire lovers. You will get to do all Pilates movements that you love: flexion, extension, rotation, lateral flexion, stability, flexibility, and balance. 

You will use Reformer, Long Box, Short Box, as well as Pilates props. Finish feeling aligned!

Intermediate Advanced

This high-intensity endurance class will deliver total body burn, combining intermittent planks and full-body Pilates strength training to provide maximum results using Reformer, Chair, Long Box, Short Box, and Pilates props. You will get your heart rate up while sculpting long and lean muscles.

Booty & Core

(Moderate to Intermediate level)

This class is focusing on building, strengthening and stabilizing the legs, booty and also core! The class is suited to subtitude your leg regime routine. It burns a lot of calories!
